Questions
What does it cost to sell?+
Monthly rent for your rooms (higher floors cost more) plus 5% of each order. Card processing is Stripe's standard fee. No listing fees, no contract.
Why do higher floors cost more?+
Everyone scrolls past the top floors first, so they get the most visits. Lower floors cost less and are a cheap way to start. The room you rent is where your shop is; nobody gets moved around.
How long does approval take?+
Usually a day or two. Once you're approved you have 48 hours to pay the first month, or the rooms go back on the wall.
Do shoppers need an account?+
No. Anyone can buy. With a free account you can follow shops, save favourites and see all your orders in one place.
